IntelePeer · Senior UX Designer, AI Product

Dec 2024 – Present

• Agent-building platform. Designed core workflows for an enterprise AI agent platform (agent setup, MCP tools, session review), prototyped in production code with progressive disclosure to tame complexity.
• Human-in-the-loop development. Led UX for an agentic software development process (a “software factory”), defining where people review, approve and redirect AI-generated work.
• Guided agent creation. Turned an agent-builder prototype into a guided flow where carefully structured questions generate a working starting agent. Designed the generation states and engineering specs.
• Platform decisions. Led the UX perspective in buy-vs-build decisions for agent observability, BI and data visualization, and speech (TTS/ASR) pipelines.
• Testing and evaluation. Built a Next.js testing app on Azure so non-engineering teams can run LangGraph agents and inspect every step, and designed the test suites, policies and run history around it.
• Embedded AI assistant. Designed safeguards and UX for an in-product assistant that helps users create and edit agents: visible context, conversation rewind and approval before changes take effect.
• Design systems. Rolled out a rebrand and dark mode in code, running old and new brands side by side while merging duplicate components and standardizing design tokens.
• Agent optimization. Created model right-sizing pipeline to migrate production agents off heavy models, while keeping users aware of specific necessary tradeoff decisions. Cut model spend by more than 50%.

• Represented design on a dedicated tools team, working with engineers to improve internal authoring tools.
